Σκοπός του Σχεδίου η στήριξη επενδύσεων στον τομέα της υδατοκαλλιέργειας ώστε να επιτευχθεί η αειφόρος ανάπτυξη της υδατοκαλλιέργειας, με την προώθηση οικονομικά και περιβαλλοντικά βιώσιμων επιχειρήσεων, ώστε να μπορούν να ανταπεξέλθουν στις νέες συνθήκες ανταγωνισμού, όπως αυτές διαμορφώνονται στην αγορά.
